3. Phone Interview

5. Candidate Selection Notification

The candidate will be notified if they are selected to move forward with family interviews.
6. Introduction to Family for In-Home Interview

The 704 Nanny Agency will introduce the candidate to the hiring family.

The hiring family and candidate will schedule a time for an in-home interview.
7. In-Home Interview

Candidate will meet with the family in their home.
8. Family’s Nanny Selection

Hiring family will share their selected candidate with The 704 Nanny Agency.
9. Offer Extension

The 704 Nanny Agency will present the selected candidate with a formal job offer, including pay details and start date.
10. Job Acceptance Confirmation

The candidate confirms their acceptance of the position and agrees to the terms with The 704 Nanny Agency.
11. Background Check Processing

The 704 Nanny Agency will send a background check link via Checkr to be completed.
12. Joint Congratulations Email

The 704 Nanny Agency will send an email to the hiring family and nanny congratulating them on placement.
