Nanny Selection Process
Our process begins with a family questionnaire, followed by an in-home visit with Founder & Director, Bobbi Jones. After understanding your unique needs, your nanny selection process begins.

The 704 Nanny Agency will conduct preliminary interviews to identify potential candidates that best fit your family’s requirements. Following additional screening procedures including a background check, sex offender screening, and review of motor vehicle records, we will suggest two candidates for you to interview before a final selection is made.

Placement Fees
A $250 deposit is required to start the nanny selection process. The remaining placement balance is due when the placement is finalized. After finalization, families assume all responsibility regarding nanny duties and services (payroll, communications, etc.).
